Starfish Tri-Athletic on-boarded with iNSPIRE in April 2019 and have since seen great value in the deal. As a club with around 40 active members aged between 7 – 16 years-old, Starfish embrace the value of wellness reports and workshops offered with iNSPIRE. They have been provided with weekly reports that include athlete wellness data, engagement levels, and recommendations. As they experienced decreases in engagement, the iNSPIRE team responded with ‘reengagement sessions’. These sessions included members from the iNSPIRE health professionals team heading out to the local club and hosting engaging educational workshops on a range of topics such as goal setting, performance anxiety, nutrition and more.
As a loyal and long-term client, iNSPIRE has hosted awards nights to congratulate the highest engaged athletes within the group, further encouraging engagement from users and therefore more value-providing reports.
